8. Winner Selection: All valid entries during the promotion period and that are following Cadbury on Instagram will be placed into a prize draw conducted by an independent third party on the 19th August 2024.


9. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via DM and sent an email address to confirm acceptance of their prize within 7 days. Winner must ensure their profile is public and able to receive DMs. In the event that the winner does not respond within 7 days of the initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner. If the winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
