- 125 g Cadbury Bournville
- 50 g coconut oil
- 3 eggs
- 110 g coconut sugar
- 90 g almond flour
- pinch of salt
- 30 g cocoa powder
- Cadbury Dairy Milk or Cadbury Bournville cut into chunks

Preheat the oven to 180 °C/Gas Mark 4 and line a 15 cm by 25 cm tray.

Melt the coconut oil and Cadbury Bournville in the microwave until it’s melted.

In a separate bowl whisk the eggs and sugar together for about 5 minutes until it goes a lighter colour and triples in volume.

Slowly add the chocolatey mixture to the eggy mixture.

Then stir in the flour cocoa powder and salt.

Add the 3/4 of the chocolate chunks into the mixture.

Pour the mixture into the tray and sprinkle on the remaining chocolate.

Pop it into the oven for 18–20 minutes.

And take them out and enjoy them!
